With these Crankbrothers Mallet Lace shoes you are compatible with all MTB pedals. The Race Zone cleat position provides stability and control. A ramp provides easy click in and out and better self-cleaning properties. Both a match shim and cleats are pre-installed for Crankbrothers pedals.
The special MC1 rubber compound of medium friction hardness ensures easy exit. The directional, angled and open sole profile in the toe and heel area gives you support when climbing. The raised toe area makes for comfortable walking and the stiff shank creates optimal power transfer. The cushioned EVA midsole delivers optimal shock absorption.
Round laces lace up smoothly. A practical lace pocket completes the design and ensures safety, because the laces have no chance to escape from the pocket and get tangled in the spokes or pedals of your bike. A pleasant freshness give the ventilated zones with perforated mesh material.
The padded tongue gives you security, as you can not slip out of the shoes. TPU reinforced areas provide extra protection and abrasion resistance. Rubber studs in the heel area provide optimized heel hold. Hidden lacing eyelets give this Crankbrothers Mallet Lace shoe increased durability and a clean design.
